Q .When remote consoling the server with RHEL4 UP7 32bit via the dedicated LAN, the keyboard and mouse can not work in the remote console interface. How do I resolve this issue?
A. This is the RHEL4 UP7 Kernel limitation. Please upgrade the OS to RHEL5 to resolve this issue.
