If we face
connectivity issue in outlook we can check the connection in the following
ways:
To Check
Connection:
1. Press Ctrl Button and then Right
Click on Outlook Icon
in Task Bar
2. Select Connection Status
3. Then Click On Reconnect
4. It will reconnect the Exchnage.
To Check Auto-Configuration:
1. Press Ctrl Button and then Right
Click on Outlook Icon
in Task Bar
2. Select Test E-Mail Auto Configuration
3. Then Enter Your E-Mail ID and Password
and click On Test
4. It will auto configure Outlook and generate
log for the
same.
