Outlook Hangs at loading profile
Please go to :
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\ CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging Subsystem\ Profiles
Delete the profile which is having issue then reboot the system and restart outlook .. Issue will fix.

This instruction worked great for me with Outlook 2013. I deleted all the keys under Profiles and Outlook started up just fine with all my data in tact.
