Mouse Pointer Change to Hand While composing Mail in Outlook

The option is called a Panning Hand. Outlook will show this option when you have the Tablet PC components installed in Windows.

Click on the Upper right Hand of the windows, Just above the Scroll Bar is a Little Hand Icon.


 This will Fix the Issue.
